DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – HABGW15_86316SC – Mechanical Servicing, 14 Wing Greenwood, NS The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete the cleaning, inspection, servicing and repair of Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRV's), Oil Fired Furnaces and Furnace / Heat Pump combo units, Smoke Alarms and Smoke Alarm / Carbon Monoxide combo units and Heat Pumps in Residential Housing Units (RHU's) within Costello Park, Greenwood, Nova Scotia. A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time, and location.  It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit. Date: September 24, 2026 Time: 11:00AM Location: 83 School Road, Greenwood NS The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $1,072,270.52 The Work for Phase 1 must be completed no later than March 31, 2027 and the Work for Phase 2 must be completed during the period of April 1, 2027 through March 31, 2028. There will be the possibility of an extension of the Work as Phase 3 for the period of April 1, 2028, through March 31, 2029, under the same terms and conditions of Phase 2, if mutually beneficial to both parties.
